Smart QC Fact - Weight Management

Did you know that you can monitor your weight with the QC? I am doing it, have dropped 4 pounds since the beginning of 2011, which means I have accomplished 30% of my goal for the 1st Quarter!


If you need to see the same progress, it helps to watch your progress, and have someone else watching too. When you become a member of The Quarterly Compass you can use the Weight Management category when you are adding a goal. You simply input your weight at the beginning of the quarter, the goal weight you want at the end of the quarter, and input your weight daily and watch your progress in the pace bar.

You can then have your accountability partner watch your progress and watch your back.
